CRM via SMS and SMS Notifications - what is it?

Getting and staying in touch with a customer by SMS can be very convenient and efficient. mpulse provides several methods for mass sending and reception that can serve virtually any purpose.

Contacts is a ready-to-use web-based product that enables users to write SMS messages, choose recipients one by one or select a predefined group of recipients. Incoming SMS messages are displayed on-the-fly, and can be sorted by date, message content, phone number etc. Contacts handles delivery receipts as well, so the customer can check at any moment whether outgoing messages have been delivered to the recipients mobile phone or not.

For scenarios or applications that require a more advanced message handling, we recommend the usage of mroute. As an example, an information retrieval service by SMS is very easy to set up. mroute delivers requests to an external application (provided by the content provider/customer), this application processes incoming messages and sends relevant information by text message to the user that requested it.
