Rerouting
If one sending mobile operator is not available, we will detect this and send it through another mobile operator (also known as “route”).
Monitoring
Before trying each route, monitoring systems detect whether connection exists with the desired route or not.
Working with deadlines
You select how fast you require SMS to reach the mobile phone (5 minutes, 20 minutes, etc.). If your SMS does not reach the mobile phone within that period of time, Best Routing will either try another “route” or send you an email. The optimal setup will be assessed and implemented when mpulse sets up your Best Routing account:- “time-to-live” of your SMS
- a secondary step in case we fail to deliver your SMS within that period of time: trying another route or sending you an email
- a third step etc…
